We really like the pool in the clubhouse. As we become older it is very important to stay in shape. Because of the swimming pool and exercise room we are able to do this each day. There is something about swimming that makes you fell young again.

We decided to move to Golden Spike Estates because it met all of our needs. We had reached a time in our lives that we needed to downsize and leave the high maintenance large home and yard. We also enjoyed the fact that we have a safe place to store our RV, at no extra charge and at walking distance away for easy access. The amenities are endless and we are grateful for all. We like the high quality energy savings factor of our home, which was hard to achieve with our former large 2-story home. Did we mention no more stairs and steps, this is a really good thing, really love that. We were most pleased with the ability with Glacier Construction to make as many changes as needed and alternations to the original floor plan we chose to accommodate our personal needs and desires.
